Personal Liability To Enter Into National Park Or Reserve :

9. Personal liability to enter into national park or reserve :
(1) Entering into a national park or reserve shall be one’s own Responsibility.
(2) In case any person dies or sustains any injury, loss or damage within the national park or reserve, Government of Nepal shall not be liable to pay any compensation for such death, injury, loss or damage.
